I am Fatma AlSabaanah, a UAE-based pharmaceutical executive with more than two decades of experience across regulatory affairs, business development, market access, pharmacovigilance, portfolio strategy and commercialization.
My work has evolved from detailed operational and compliance governance into regional marketing, portfolio decisions, licensing, product registration, market access and organizational leadership. That progression matters: it allows me to see both the technical detail and the commercial consequence.
I bring a practical, cross-functional approach to opportunities. I look at the regulatory route, evidence requirements, access conditions, competitive context, partner model, economics, operational readiness and risk—then turn that combined picture into clear priorities and execution.
